To enter the awards please download the entry form below and upload via the enter now button.

Please ensure you read the terms and conditions before submitting an entry.

All entries (apart from Young Search Professional and Search Personality entries) made before 23:59 on July 17th 2015 will be charged an administration fee of $125.00 (+ VAT if applicable*) per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries. 

Entries submitted after the first closing date of July 17th 2015 will be charged a late submission fee, the cost per entry after July 17th will be $175.00 (+VAT if applicable*) and the last deadline for submission is July 24th 2015.

The Judging Process

Judges will read and pre-score all entry forms, considering any supporting materials submitted. Judges will be asked to give a score for each question within the entry form. These will be combined to give an overall score for each entry. All judges pre-scores will then be combined and the highest scoring entries will determine the shortlists. These will be announced on Wednesday September 3rd. Judges will meet to discuss the highest scoring entries and agree the winner for each category. The winners will be announced on the evening of Wednesday 7 October 2015. 

 

Judging Criteria (Campaign Awards 1 – 12)

The judges will be looking for clear objectives, creative and effective implementation and tangible and demonstrable results in the campaign award categories. They will also consider the structure, presentation and clarity of each entry. Entries should not exceed 1000 words in total and should relate to work undertaken between July 2014 – July 2015.

Each entry must include information under the following headings:

·       Total budget

·       Objectives

·       Strategy & target audience

·       Creativity & implementation

·       Results & evaluation

Any entries that do not include information under all of these headings will be marked down. If appropriate you may include upto three pieces of supporting materials.

 

Judging Criteria (Innovation / Software Awards 13 - 16)

The judges will be looking for a clear description of an outstanding blog, innovation or product, with indication of budget. Judges will be looking for new features / tools added in the last twelve months for the software awards. They will also consider the stracture, presentation and clarity of each entry. Entries shoud not exceed 1000 words in total and should relate to work undertaken between July 2014 – July 2015. 

Each entry must include information under the following headings:

·       Total Budget

·       Overview of the innovation / product

·       Why you think your entry should win

Any entries that do not include information under all of these headings wil be marked down. If appropriate you may include upto three pieces of supporting materials.

 

Judging Criteria (Team / Agency / Individual Awards 17 - 22)

Judges will be looking for agencies, teams and individuals that can demonstrate an ongoing and sustained commitment to delivering best practice while showing a creative and innovative approach to search. Judges will also consider the structure, presentation and clarity of each entry. Entries should not exceed 1000 words in total and should focus on work completed between July 2014 – July 2015.

Each entry must include information under the following headings:

·       Details of the team / agency / individual

·       Agency / individual objectives

·       Recent campaign example

·       Recent achievements

·       Challenges

·       Why you think your entry should win

Any entries that do not include information under all of these headings will be marked down. If appropriate you may include upto three pieces of supporting materials.

Entries for the Young Search Professional category must include the nominees date of birth and their age must be 25 or under on the date of the awards ceremony of 7 October 2015.

Supporting materials will not be kept for collection, and will be securely destroyed following the awards ceremony.

 

*VAT will be charged on entries made by UK agencies, organisations or individuals in accordance with UK tax laws.
